• We deliver nationwide within Nigeria and to selected international destinations.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product type; estimated dates are displayed at checkout.
• Once dispatched, Etheler is not liable for courier delays, customs clearance, or unforeseen shipping issues.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect addresses may attract additional delivery charges.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• For ready-to-wear items, exchanges are accepted within 2 days of receipt, provided items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.
• Bespoke, custom-made, or altered items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• To initiate a return or exchange, please contact marketing@etheler.with your order number and reason.
